At VIVE Flowers, we take pride in delivering the freshest flowers and providing excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available for orders that meet the following conditions:
- The flowers or plants were delivered in poor condition (e.g., damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered).
- The order was not delivered on the scheduled date due to our error.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Custom or personalized flower arrangements that were made according to your specifications.
- Orders that were delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Flowers that were properly delivered but later wilted due to improper care or delay in receiving.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Please provide your order number, a photo of the delivered flowers (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
4. Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges and Replacements
- In lieu of a refund, you may choose to have the order replaced or exchanged for another arrangement of equal value. We will prioritize urgent re-delivery in the case of mistakes on our part.
6. Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery date may be subject to a 50% restocking fee, depending on the nature of the order.
